Without MPEG-2 license, switching between SD and HD pvr channels (via vdr) is broken. For example, if I tune to a SD channel then tune to a HD channel, I only get audio (without video) but if I stop the playback before tuning to a HD channel, everything works fine. switching from HD to SD channels worked fine in Kodi 15.2 but it is also broken as above in Kodi 16. I think this a bug in MMAL. Is there a way to tell Kodi to reinitialize MMAL before switching to new a channel?

The steps for this log file are:
1. Switched from a SD to another SD channel (no problem)
2. Switched from a SD to a HD channel (no video, only audio)
3. Switched a HD to a SD channel (no video, only audio)
4. Stopped playback
5. Switched to SD channel (no problem)
