Hi

I get an error when I run kodi:
"The application has failed to start because its side-by-side configuration is incorrect. Please see the application event log or use command-line sxstrace.exe tool for more detail."
Please help......

Error message: "Side-by-side configuration is incorrect" means that your machine is missing the correct C++ runtime components for your type of system. (x86 or x64). Please reinstall Kodi. The installer will install all required C++ runtimes
