I've got Kodi on raspberry Pi 3 with librelec installed. It's connected with my home network.
Is there a way to operete kodi on other computer with windows 10 on it?

Kodi has a web server built into it, which you can use to remote control it.

Make sure the web server is turned on on the Pi (it's in the settings) and then from a web browser on your PC go to the IP address of your Kodi Pi (you can get that from the system information screen in Kodi on the Pi). You may need to put the port on the end (IP addressort) if you've changed it on the settings page (it's normally 80 iirc, the default web port) and also it may ask you to supply log-in credentials (again you can set those on the settings page).
