would like to see the sci fi, adventure and spectacle dsp modes added to audio dsp or something simmilar
also maybe the ability to apply default dsp settings to 1.0 , 2.0 , 5.1 modes



don't have a yamaha amp anymore - my pioneer does dsp but not in pro logic mode and uses too much reverb

dont wanna hear blah like oooohhh the general idea of a home theater is supposed to sound like how it was mixed in the studio i like how dialog sounds in movie theatres

What does yamaha cinema mode? I'm not familiar with vendor specific dsp stuff?

creates the echo effect you hear in movie theaters mostly on dialog
it sounds pretty good as long as theres not too much of it
adds a bit more dimension to mono movies

Now I know how it works. They use room impulse responses and with the app you can edit the parameters.

But implementing this features will require a lot of time and effort.

If you know how to write C/C++ source code I would be happy to assist you to get a basic adsp add-on running. Afterwards you could go further.
