rename from filetype

how can i batch rename movies with *.mkv extension into:

deadpool (2016).mkv -----------------> deadpool.bluray (2016).mkv

in edit / settings / miscellaneous / media source editor are set ... but if fails to rename

You can set (don't forget the leading dot) .mkv and bluray in Settings => Misc => Media Source Editor. Then you have to reload the movie (F5, contextmenu or Tools => Reload all Movies). Now Ember should use your mapping if NO videosource is already set in NFO or folder structure is VIDEO_TS or BDMV anyway.

Try it with one movie before use Tools => Reload all Movies ;-)

Edit: also don't forget to enable file mapping: ;-)

well...it works
thanks....
the trick it's Reload F5 the movie....after that reload ALL or NEW movies...

the fact is:
i lost 309 movies due a HDD malfunction ... in two or three days i'll have it again...then i want to scrape ALL the new movies in the more automatic way...this mentioned point wasn't working
