I am currently switched from ARGUS to DVBViewer and its Recording Service.
Installation ran through without error, with DVBViewer all is well.

After the first run of Kodi i get all channels. By now everything worked very well.
Then I make some settings (timeshift-path and load only favourites).
In DVBViewer i defined the favorites and rebooted the system.

Now I get the PVR addon no longer to work and the following error message:
Error getting pvr: // channels / tv / All & channels /

Resetting the AddOn brings unfortunately nothing.

Well nothing happened. Has anyone a hint for me?
May i have to uninstall the AddOn and reinstall Kodi to get the untouched AddOn back?

Edit: Another strange behaviour. I can not uninstall the addon.
Error message in log that it can not be uninstalled.

Edit2: Delete all groups and do a full rescan. Set only a hand full of channels as favourite and so far no problems.

I also had this problem many times already in the DVBviewer add on.

Deleting channels and EPG in the TV - PVR section of KODI is the solution!

It seems sometimes, maybe if you change something in the DVBviewer Recording Service like scanning channels or settings, the DVBviewer add on does't start or will behave strange.
After the connection to DVBviewer Recording Service is settled in KODI, PVR runs very smooth.

Kodi act as a PVR client of RS when we use DVBViewer PVR addon.

After any changes is made in settings like: channel tuning,EPG and/or hardware in DVBViewer or RS the RS need to be restarted AND "Clear data" option must be used inside KODI Setting-TV-General.
