the box turns on and will go to the home screen. the internet is connected and it was reset to factory settings. the connection to the internet is strong, however, the movies will not run. it only loads sources to about 50% and shuts off. we have to do this multiple times to even show sources and even then the movies do not load. we tried to go on the internet at kodi.tv for the most recent download version of kodi and that doesnt work either. ANY HELP PLEASE . LOVE OUR MOVIES AND NEED THEM BACK .

I think you should maybe actually read the forum rules (wiki) on piracy and banned add-ons (wiki) that you accepted when you signed up for an account here? I suspect you may be using some or many of those, in which case we offer no support at all here (other than to remove them completely from your system).

If this isn't the case then we need more details of what add-ons are affected, supported by the link to a debug log (wiki) uploaded to pastebin, xbmclogs or somewhere similar (not pasted directly here).
