Live TV does not work anymore
#1
Dears,
I have been using KODI / DVBviewer for quite a while w/o any problems. Since I changed my router, live TV is not working anymore.
My setup: (IPTV server --> Fritzbox7590 ---> Mediacenter (Kodi))
DVB viewer is working fine (standalone). EPG in Kodi is also working…..
Please find attached the logfile, ideas welcome.

Code:
2019-03-22 23:02:35.395 T:4940 ERROR: CCurlFile::FillBuffer - Failed: Timeout was reached(28)
2019-03-22 23:02:35.395 T:4940 ERROR: CCurlFile::Open failed with code 0 for http://127.0.0.1:8089/upnp/channelstream/2359890960395027550.ts:

127.0.0.1 does not look right. Check your settings. Also your log is no debug log.

Sorry,
debug log comes as follows:

The 127.0.0.1 was set by default…..the backend is running on the same machine. What do you expect here?

Then why are you talking about your router and an IPTV server? Also enabling the debug log *after* Kodi has started is *no* full debug log.

But it doesn't matter anyway. The PVR can't open the stream. It's running into a timeout. That's no PVR issue.

Maybe there was a misunderstanding:
The hardware used is a sat ip server, model Xoro 8100
This device is connected to the router (Fritzbox 7590)
The mediacenter (that is running Kodi) runs DvbViewer recording service.

Sat-->IP -- Fritzbox -- Mediacenter (Kodi / DVB viewer recording service)

DVB viewer runs fine (on mediacenter)
Kodi also connects to DVB viewer recording service using IP 127.0.0.1 --> EPG data is derived from there

Live TV does not work, timeout w/o any error massage.

Today I put my old old router (Fritzbox 7412) once again to countercheck - everything is working fine.
Therefore, there is something wrong with the streaming from Fritzbox to mediacenter in connection with KODI....

Yeah there's something wrong. But Kodi/the PVR doesn't care about your router. Neither the old, nor the new. It's only talking to the DMS. If the stream can't be opened and is running into a timeout than the DMS setup is flawed. Or your new router or your local firewall blocks the access. Anyhow, you are in the wrong forum.
