Hello,

Are there any future plans to implement support for ATSC subtitles? Are there still core Kodi changes that need to be changed for support?

Kodi already supports Closed Captions on ATSC streams, and has for some time; they are disabled by default because of the extra processing needed. Under Settings > Video > Subtitles, there is an option to enable Closed Captions. (That may not be the exact location, but that should lead you to the general page in settings where you can find the option. You may also need change the level of settings to get the option displayed.)

thank, somehow i assumed the teletext option was the only one, it works now
