Hi everyone.
I am a new member to this forum so I apologise if this has been asked before.
I took my Firestick to my friends earlier, swapped my user name to theirs and signed into their network to find my 'Kodi' icon was missing from the apps list, It was there when I left home. I could sign in to Kodi through settings/applications/launch kodi etc, so Kodi was still obviously still there but not visible on the main screen. Even after opening it that way it did not show up on recents when I went back to the home screen.
Could anyone be so kind as to tell me why that was?

As far as Kodi not showing up on your recent app list, maybe try clearing the app data or even a fresh install on the fire tv stick. Now if you are running a fire tv stick that came pre-loaded with Kodi, then you won't receive much support on this forum since it will probably be infested with banned add-ons.
