How can I run NextPVR and IPTV Simple Client together on the same machine?

After enabling Simple Client, the NextPVR menu itmes are removed from my hoescreen

I'm not sure how to add two LiveTV items to my home screen

I don't think Kodi allows you to have two PVR addons enabled.

Kodi 16.1 allows 2. Previous versions would not allow. I am using npvr and IPTV simple client right now on 16.1 Windows.

17 does not have PVR support at all, as far as I can see. and 15.x was only one at a time, unless you install them in some arcane or illegal accidentally correct way. I did it once or twice by accident.

You don't; they combine into the TV guide/channels listing, mostly they alternate in the list. channel 1 from npvr, channel 1 from simple client etc.

If you can figure out how to have 2 simple clients that works, too.
