Ok so sideloading Kodi with a developer account was a piece of cake. Now something I cant get around. How does one load zips to the appletv. I installed dropbox but dont see the file when that I downloaded. I have tried SMB and NAS options without success either. The reason I want to add a zip is plexmbc only works for me as 4.0.0 beta and its not a repo its a zip that one downloads from the web. Also it would be nice to restore a previous kodi backup build from my nvidia shield, but I think thats asking for too much.

What do you mean by the above? I just pick up the zips from shared folders on my other machines. In what way is SMB not working?

But you can into some paths of your app sandbox - use the kodi filemanager...

You can add special://envhome/Library/Caches/home as a source to the file manager to access your full Kodi home folder

I'm pretty sure the tapatalk extension for MyBB has the option to remove them, and it just got unset somewhere along the way.

Fantastic Guys. Im really getting ahead. One last thing for the night. I created a alternate keymap for my appletv (I dont have the siri remote, cheaped out and bought the atv4 on ebay, so I have the regular atv3 remote) How to I enable the updown left right in movie and tv playback. The only buttons that work when Im watching a movie is the middle button and the menu button.

That is the wrong keymap (its the appleremote keymap which is from the appletv2). You need to use the siriremote keymap which is used on appletv4. I updated the atv4 build yesterday with more ir button support. With this build and this keymap it should work ok
