@the_bo, it´s easy, edit or create keymaps.xml, in this case using F7 and F8, change for any other key, check if don´t exist previous function for button before.

Hi,

Apologies if this has already come up, but the 'now playing' window which normally sits in the top left corner of the home screen, it now pops out into the middle of the screen after approx. 5 seconds. Can this be this disabled? can't seem to find an option anywhere.

It´s by design, don´t have one option for turn off. Need press esc for return to home.

Yes, It´s the same Kodi Krypton Beta 2, I test work fine. But I prefer traditional install.

You need to add a line:

line in skin file MyVideoNav.xml.

Actually I suggest this change be made for all container windows that access the top menu as a part of the skin.

The <m> key should already be mapped to action "menu" which opens the control pointed to by that menucontrol element.

Apologies if this has already been mentioned but on all 3 of my Kodi boxes the "apostrophe" (') character is not showing in episode descriptions, could also be in movies but I have not noticed. If I use Confluence or MQ6 then there is no problem which leads me to believe it's skin specific.

All my Kodi installs (Jarvis) run on Windows 10 PC's.

A small bug in ViewsRightList ...

When I go in to:
=> CONCERTS
- It displays a list of concerts and poster displayed correctly (use mediacase on / off) - OK,

but when I go in to:
=> MUSIC / Music videos / Artists / (Artist) / ArtistFolder / name_concert
- displayed two miediacases for music and video - bug

when I set "use mediacase off" for the video in CONCERTS
=> MUSIC /(...)/ name_concert
- mediacase for the music is displayed correctly.

I use nfs as my media server sharing protocol and it does not allow accents on file names...

I'll have to batch rename them and update my library (btw, any suggestions?!)

If you use ember, or other external tool, try rename filenames.

I have been searching this thread and the forum for answers but I cannot find any to fix my problem. (Maybe I am blind, in that case I am sorry.)

The problem for me is the library status in the main menu.
I was wondering if it is possible for playlists to display Tv-Shows and episodes in the main menu.

Picture one:

This is the TV-Show original in the main menu. And it displays tv-shows and episodes.

Picture two:

This is a playlist to an Emby playlist that I made myself in the skin settings customisation. Here it only shows the episode count.

So is there a setting or something that I've missed? Cause I would really like the TV show count on playlists as well like in picture one.

If you mean U+0027 APOSTROPHE I believe the fonts do contain that glyph. But source text could also use U+2019 RIGHT SINGLE QUOTATION MARK or U+02BC MODIFIER LETTER APOSTROPHE.

Granted, it isn't the heaviest weight stroke but it's in there.
