I noticed the Visual Studio solution files are missing on the Master branch, could someone put them back?

I don't really understand our build system but I do know that we've moved to cmake for Windows and a script needs to run to generate the VS solution. I believe it should be detailed at https://github.com/xbmc/xbmc/blob/master.../README.md
