Im new to the program and I was changing the themes and skins around and now it only loads up with a clock in the corner and the name of a movie. Ive uninstalled and reinstalled twice. Kodi opened up normal the second time i left things alone but it froze up, i closed it and as soon as i reopened it a wheel pops up around the clock and im back where i started. The Screensaver comes on though...im on Windows 10 obviously.[/php][/code]

Since it is the Skin and some settings that probably creates the problem, try uninstalling and the delete the userdata folder, you can find it like this:
Start - type %APPDATA%\kodi\userdata - press <Enter>

Then delete either the folder or the contents. That will make everything go back to stock.
