I enable IPTV Simple Client in Kodi 16.1 put a m3u File in it, but after the restart I cannot see the TV in the home menu. I also enable this in the setting. What do I wrong ?

The tv option doesn's show, i activate the tv option by click on "enable"

I am using these links and does not work .
