i cant see the option to have the sub-menu visible at all times when im on my phone, could someone please advise if this is possible?

Or if there is a certain swipe that needs to be done to access it?

Screen is touch, have option in skin settings, general, for show navigator, will help navigate in all skin areas, including submenus.
