I keep losing my five favourites under the videos bar. I set them up, but next time I switch on, they've disappeared! Also, the first time screen comes up every time, saying that when I click OK, it won't appear again -Oh yes it does! Every time!
Is my box faulty, or is there a default reset, & will this lose all my add-ons?

Please provide a full debug log (wiki) and which add-ons ?
But keep in mind if it are one of the following Banned add-ons (wiki) then you probably won't get any support here,
And ask help from where you got the box from or the add-ons.
