I'm sorry if this question has been asked before, but my search of the wiki and this forum have found nothing. I maybe using the wrong terminology.

I am attempting to change the sources for my "Movies" menu. Currently I am using PlexKodiConnect and this includes some folders in the Movie library that I do not want.

Looking through the Plex forums the way around this is to use a skin with skin shortcuts.But I cannot find the menu/sub menu to make these selections. So how does one change the sources for a main menu item?
