Currently the only official note is about Intel and NVIDIA, what about new AMD graphic cards?

Kodi on windows supports hevc-10 bit since early kodi v17 alphas. Sadly the amd drivers for windows for the rx460 currently sucks balls ... and they are not usable :-(
First decide what functions / features you expect from a system. Then decide for the hardware. Don't waste your money on crap.

Yep, it's something I'm experiencing myself with my RX460. My computer hangs when video playback is stopped, just after press stop button the screen goes black and I need to reset my computer, as a consequence Koki lose all the configuration and I need to reconfigure it again.
I hope AMD could bring a trule stable driver soon to us, I'm a bit desperate with the situation.
