Ive used this remote with my minix smart tv box with no problems but using it with the nvidia shield TV while in KODI it keeps cutting out then back in again its like losing the signal as the signal light keeps changing colour.

If there is any other remote control on the market like this one that works with no problems with the Nvidia shield TV please let me know.

Now i have a western digital 4TB Mybook in one of the usb ports and the receiver for the remote in the other usb port but they are so close together these ports maybe the Mybook is interfering with the other usb port.Ill have to try it without the Mybook connected.

put the back of your shield tv behind you or use usb hub

Ahaa i thought the same guys hehe i had my usb hub there waiting to try it but never got round to it.

Yeah i used to be right into all this kinda thing way back in my day and using a usb hub was in my sub conscience mind i know that now.Hehe funny that.
