Hi,
I have a couple of problems that I can't seem to correct.
1. On clicking on power off button screen just freezes and nothing happens.
2. All the movies I try to watch have Japanese sub titles.
3. I have altered the time zone to my area but time has not corrected. Time is still 6 hours ahead.
Any assistance would be appreciated, I am not a computer geek. At my age being able to use the remote is an achievement.
