RE: Kodi/NAS electrical booms etc. out of speakers.
#1
Since I use Kodi to play video en music from my NAS I hear unfrequently loud electrical booms and crunches, sometimes even explosions, out of my speakers.
Especially when I use the remote control.
It is a (good) analogue system and well wired.
When I use ¨analogue out¨ from the NAS there are no problems, but when I use an external DAC, these problems appear.
( so, USB from NAS to DAC and than analogue from DAC to amplifier/ and SPDIF out from TV to DAC and then to amplifier)
I did get a new NAS for this problem and a new DAC as well. No solution until now unfortunately.
(I prefer the external DAC, because the quality is better than that from the NAS).
Anyone the same problems or a solution please?

Post a Debug Log please. You toyed with volume amplification?
First decide what functions / features you expect from a system. Then decide for the hardware. Don't waste your money on crap.
