my google-fu tells me this is a equestrian racing channel in France. Not sure if this is free to stream via their site or requires a subscription.

The question has been asked before but without a response.
It's not a channel I know of as being available within Kodi legitimately, although I can't say my knowledge of FTA/FTS French channels is that large generally.
