Same problem here. I get the BSOD Kernel Security Check Failure. This is very annoying.

I read in another thread that it is caused by AMD's latest drivers. Are you also running AMD?

Ya, I have a 280X. I have the latest 16.9.2. Apparently it was working in 16.8.X

Please help us and Microsoft getting this fixed by doing the following:
Getting a Watson bucket from the reliability monitor
1. Click "Start" and type in "View Reliability History"
2. In the graph at the top, select the day that the blue screen happened
3. Look down in the list and select the right event (not sure exactly what it will say, but I suspect it will be a critical event. You should be able to tell by the Date whether it’s the right one)
4. Right click on that event, and choose View Technical Details
5. Please give us the Bucket ID text at the end of the list that is between the ( )
Thank you

Same issue here. AMD Athlon 5370 APU with HD 8400 / R3 series. 16.9.2 crimson drivers. Reliability report says that the computer was rebooted from a bug check. (0x00000139)
Same on another PC Intel Q9450 with AMD Radeon HD 7950.
These are the subsequent errors:
