Who knows which line in my log is related to main menu display? (so I will analyze previous lines and not the whole log)

There's 5 seconds before your mysql databases are found. Kodi won't start before the databases are found, so that is why it takes that long to open the main window. I would troubleshoot the connection between the pi and the mysql server.

Firstly I would move to LibreELEC as OpenELEC is all but a dead project.
I had this and set the Pi to wait for the network until it continued to boot, a 10 second wait seemed to be about right.
