You should have been able to use exactly the same path on android (Home folder > usedata etc).
No matter if it's working.
Tomorrow try this:
On android kodi go into settings > skin > Addon shortcuts (I presume you're talking about missing addons above the menu bar).
Pick an addon that has a missing icon.
Select that addon and choose 'clear menu option to get rid of it.
Now add the same addon again in the same place.
Go back to your home screen - has the icon reappeared?
If yes do the same for the rest.
If no post here and we'll try something else.
