Win Video choppy
#1
Hey there,

I actually had this since the first alpha versions I tried and it is happening in beta3 too. Fresh install (moved the Kodi directory in %appdata%).

The gui is smooth, sound also, but the video is choppy. This happens with x264 and mpeg video, here is a debug log: http://pastebin.com/xh58zTMH

On my computer if I have kodi in window mode instead of fullscreen I have this issue. Not sure if it will help you at all, but try toggling " \ " and see if your issue subsides.

Hey,

I checked different window mode settings, no change. Here are two more logs, this time I had the kodi.pdb in place:
different window/fullscreen options: http://pastebin.com/3xrQZ05b
refresh rate settings: http://pastebin.com/3LWHZ7tL

i posted about this a week or so ago and got a snide reply to "search". there is a multi-page thread about it. seems to be an issue after the Win 10 anniversary update. i had to turn off "adjust refresh rate", go windowed mode, and disable DXVA hardware acceleration to get a watchable image...

i've had more problems with Kodi over the last 8 months than i did the first 3 years combined. i'm contemplating a rollback to Win 7 and Frodo...

Hey, thanks vor the answer!
I searched, but it's kinda hard to search for things like this so I wanted to get my debug logs out there.

Also, I have been experiencing this since at least August. (Not sure when the anniversary update was..)
