I am running Windows 10, and ever since a few days ago, Kodi crashes as soon as I open it. I have installed v17 beta, v15, deleted my userdata folder, etc. however none of this has worked. It boots the splash screen, goes to the home screen, lets me use Kodi for around 5 seconds, Crashes, triggers the "Kodi has stopped working" window. However, pressing close program is unsuccessful in closing kodi, I have to kill it via Task manager. Any help is greatly appreciated, and I will provide as much more information as needed.

We really need that debug log (wiki) posted to a public paste-bin (www.pastebin.com) and that URL linked back to this thread. Looks like it flies long enough to develop debug log.
