Solved Subtitles Character Set Setting is missing in Kodi 17 Beta 3 on Windows

Hello Guys,

I am testing Kodi 17 Beta 3 on Windows (windows store version) and I am having a hard time finding the subtitles character set setting.
I can now only find one character set setting in Interface->Regional (expert settings) that I set to Greek (Windows) but there is no subtitle setting.
In Kodi 16.1 there used to be also a second character set setting specifically for subtitles.
As a result, Greek subtitles are displayed as garbage on screen.
Can you possibly check and let me know how can this be corrected?

In Kodi Settings:

Settings -> Player Settings -> Language "-Character Set"
Note: you must elevate to "expert" level to see this setting.

As an aside, not platform dependent AFAIK.
