I use the DVD view inside my tv episode folders. ie. the view with the episode thumbnails scrolling left/right with reflections underneath and where the episode thumb with focus moves to the foreground. This view is the same as the Music 'Album' view. The thing is is that I would like my episode thumbs to appear the same size as the album art thumbs in that music view.

I found a commonviewtypes.xml in the Pal 16:9 PMIII

I found two includes

MusicCoverWrapView and VideoDVDWrapView. Are these the correct includes that I need to edit? If so what parametres do I need to edit?

That file and views sound right to me.
Without looking at the code I would start by copying ALL the posx, posy,width & height references from MusicCoverWrap.
See where that takes you.
