Kind of hard to describe this glitch other than the menu is spazzing out, hopping from movies to music.
So I can't access anything from it.
I'm running windows 7 64 bit.

I have tried un-installing and re-installing it but to no avail.
Any help is much appreciated

You don't give much information,but do you by any chance have a game controller of some sort connected?
If so, disconnect the controller and see if the behaviour persists

Har, Kodi "spazzing out", now that is original! How about a screen grab (It's built into Kodi) and a little extra information,, eg, hardware, version of Kodi and the stuff that a general debug log would give us if posted to a public pastebin and that URL linked back to this thread log (wiki)
