I got kicked out of my amazon account

Hello,

I got kicked out of my Amazon account somehow, and I'm not quite sure how. I left my TV (and the Firestick), off over night then this afternoon I tried using it and i asked me to hook up my amazon account and wifi. Any ideas why? I didn't sign into anything yet before hearing more information
