Do you mean that the check mark indicating there's a thumb next to the episode will be missing and there will be an X there?

Also, I just remembered and didn't want to start a new thread for this.
A few versions ago there was a bug that caused tmm to be confused when episodes went in to triple digits, sXXeXXX. The bug may have been fixed in future versions, I didn't check.
