v16 Recordings sorted by name; random second key sorting
#1
Hello,

In Kodi (16.1) GUI, when I view my tvheadend recordings sorted by name, they are grouped properly alphabetically (ascending or descending depending on the choice). However, within a sequence of recordings of the same title, they seem sorted with random order.

I understand that this could be debatable, but I would have assumed that in this case, the list would be sorted with a second key as the date. So it would be like this:

- TitleA 2016-10-03
- TitleA 2016-10-04
- TitleA 2016-10-05
- TitleA 2016-10-06
- TitleA 2016-10-07
- TitleB 2016-10-03
- TitleB 2016-10-04
- TitleB 2016-10-05
- TitleB 2016-10-06
- TitleB 2016-10-07

Currently, I have something like this:

- TitleA 2016-10-06
- TitleA 2016-10-03
- TitleA 2016-10-05
- TitleA 2016-10-07
- TitleA 2016-10-04
- TitleB 2016-10-06
- TitleB 2016-10-03
- TitleB 2016-10-05
- TitleB 2016-10-07
- TitleB 2016-10-04

Thank you,

What are the file names? That may be a factor ...

Here are the exact file names that appear wrongly sorted.

The filename pattern is set to title, episode number (is available), date (yyyy-mm-dd). Please ignore the star at the end, the file are executable, it's from the ls output.

If the sort by name mean the filename, then it should be properly sorted.
