In some Skins (e.g BOX) there is the possibility to add custom widgets to the home screen. I would like to have all my albums as scrollable album covers on my homescreen.
My Idea is to tweak a widget. I use kodi as an audio player only and would like to have the random-album widget to display all albums. However, I am stuck, because I do not know where to start. I guess the widget files are somewhere in ~/.kodi/userdata ?
I would highly appreciate it, If someone could point me in the right direction. Is this a good idea anyway ? Are there better solutions ? I have to say that I am using the official 7" touchscreen. That`s why I like the BOX skin.
