I'm having a problem with getting Kodi to load. It turns on but as soon as it does it doesn't load. I've tried to delete and download it again but it does the same thing. I don't know any technical terms so I don't have a clue!

Please provide some more information. What version of Kodi? Where are you getting it from? What Mac OS are you running? What are your Hardware specs? If you are trying to run the latest beta of 17, then maybe try to install the latest stable build of 16 and see if you have the same issue. If you continue to crash at start up, then try to follow the Advanced Debug Log instructions in the link in my signature and post a Debug Log. Its a little more time consuming, but its the only way you will be able to provide a log file since you cant get Kodi to start up.
