What could cause the Problem, that if i want to Exit KODI , that this takes several Minutes before it Closes the Program? What can i do?

Most likely Kodi is updating and closing databases etc during that time. If you have a look at the end of your debug log (wiki) after a shutdown (with debug logging enabled) you may be able to see what is being written, or attempted to be written and perhaps timing out.
