"COMPACT SIZE FULL HD DIGITAL SATELLITE RECEIVER & MEDIA PLAYER WITH CARD READER & ETHERNET CONNECTION"
Short answer: no.
Longer version: Kodi needs a real general-purpose computer to run on, not an embedded system. The only way it would run on that sort of device is if the box were to run Android, as an example, or be hackable to run something like Debian Linux - and, even then, you'd hit hardware limitations, as this is unlikely to have the chipset support for the graphics of the GUI (even if it has some support for MPEG2 and H.264 decoding).
Buy a Raspberry Pi and strap it to your TV instead.
