in all versions of 17,1 either with pi3 or intel thpc the tv guide details are incorrect.
Channels start at 2 not 1 and all listings are out by one, i.e. bbc1 will list all the programs from the channel above. I am running DVBlink from Netgear NAS. All works perfectly with 17.0

Seems that this issue still persists in Kodi 17.1 and you'll have to test a krypton nightly build to solve it.
