v18 LibreELEC Testbuilds for RaspberryPi (Kodi 18.0)
(2019-01-13, 16:04)MikeKL Wrote: Nothing wrong with log provided as far as I can tell, comments relate to fact that you are not utilising one of milhouse testbuilds provided in this particular thread.
Wow, my English language skill is definitively too bad (too) : when I read "And always post a compete debug log (wiki), wherever you decide to post next...", I understand there's something to look with the log I provided.

But anyway, you're right, I'm wrong.

Thank you, have a nice day.

No, you have to contact the people where you downloaded the LibreELEC build in the first place.

To be exact: more than 1 person or team are making their _own_ builds of the LibreELEC source code, with their _own_ set drivers, features and whatnot. You cannot ask someone to check someone else's Kodi build if there is a problem. It doesn't work that way. So yes, in case of the official beta builds go to the LibreELEC forum. Anything LibreELEC build with a full datetime, name and/or other serial number(s) added, it comes from someplace else.

FYI: LibreELEC-Generic.x86_64-9.0-Milhouse-20190112210257-%230112-g84c634a.tar is build belonging to this forum thread. That's all.
Thank ou for your answer and precision. Now I know the thread named "LibreELEC Testbuilds for RasperryPi (Kodi 18.0)" is dedicated to Milhouse builds.

For the rest, I'll try to learn courtesy this new year.

HI,

I had several audio issues during watching a movie from an remote plexserver on my raspi3 kodi
But I havent had any video issues. CPU Temperature was fine and the audio part should be transfered as pcm to the AV Receiver. So no further load.
Where should I check which log if such issue occurs again ?
How does one use your builds in PINN? Can someone guide me out here kindly.
Just install LibreELEC stable in PINN and update as explained in the first post.

Please describe the audio issues. e.g. dropouts (silence), white noise, clicks, speed variations, out-of-sync etc.
Does that only occur when playing from plex server or with local files?
Post a debug log (wiki).
@Milhouse: Could you be so kind and tell me what command is triggered when I choose "power off system" at the menu?

I wanna send a ssh command via Alexa to shutdown Libreelec on my RPi correctly and also shutdown the TV via CEC.

At the moment I send this command to the RPi sshpass -p 'libreelec' ssh [email protected] kodi-send --action='CECStandby'. Does this command shutdown LibreElec correctly or does it just turn of the power?

Thanks in advance.

It brings up the shutdown menu, the equivalent action would be "ActivateWindow(ShutdownMenu)".

To do an unconditional shutdown (which is probably what you are looking for) use the "ShutDown()" action. eg
Code:
kodi-send -a "ShutDown()"

Probably pure coincidence, but my sd card has corrupted immediately after upgrading from 0112 to 0114.

Just in case anybody else is thinking the same!

Never had it corrupt for the 2 years it's been in use with almost nightly updates.

As I say, probably pure coincidence.

Ran out of space due to Kodi d/b schema update [assuming you use sqlite on the SD card] ?

Be very surprised, 8Gb card and not too much on there, possibility though, I'll get it rebuilt and then try and replicate.
