Ive noticed an issue with the timeline-view and DVBLink PVR-Addon.
Since Version 4.1.0 the timeline starts with line 2(ZDF) and line 1(ARD) is completely missing....
All other epg-views are ok.
Going back to Milhouse build #302 (DVBLink version 4.0.1), this bug is gone - so i guess the DVBLink-guys should have a look into it...?!

You should post an issue in the DVBLink (DVBLogic) sub-forum, or open an issue on their github referencing PR:72.
