Kodi 16.1 Git:c327c53
Raspberry Pi2
Openelec 5.0.8 or LibreELEC 7.0.2

I can't turn on LiveTV on main tab in Kodi when tvheadend RTSP Client is activated as PVR Client. Tvheadend 4.2 is set as PVR server and working fine, channels are avaiable via webbrowser on other computer.

When I set PVR IPTV Client, I'm able to turn ON LiveTV on main tab.

Looks that working.

Is necessary to first enable and configure some other PVR Client like PVR IPTV Client, reboot and then enable Tvheadend RTSP Client. Reboot Raspberry again and disable IPTV Client. Weird, but working.

If Tvheadend is running on the same device as Open/LibreELEC, there's a known problem related to this: if your network isn't fully up when Tvheadend starts, it fails to bond to any interface, making it inaccessible. The best way to fix this is to ensure that your network is fully online first.

You mean DVB-T or DVB-C network, yes? If yes, I had DVB-C network working before I start configure tvheadend Client.

Now, where everything is working fine, I see that "LiveTV" sometimes appears couple second after Kodi is loaded. I dont know why is that, probably is related to DVB-C fully up, I think.

No, not your TV adapters, but rather your network interfaces, i.e. internet access.
