Is there any way to shrink the screen size or minimize jarvis 16.0 I extend my screen to 2 monitors so I can watch something on one screen and still work on the other but Kodi takes over the whole screen so I can't move it.

You have multiple screens set to "duplicate" set it to "extend".
After you set Kodi "windowed" in settings.
Right click on any unoccupied part of the screen, choose Display settings.

The "\" key toggles between full screen and windowed mode.
So you can switch to Windows move, but then enlarge that to fill the screen you want Kodi on.
