They are clearly using kodi and they claim "My Personal developed application system called Tele-Genesis" on there product page, looks like a KODI rip off to me!

Yes but the point of our trademark is to encourage rebranding.

The code is OS, so anyone can use it, fork it, whatever. What they cannot do is misuse our trademark.
