Hi everyone,

I'm running Kodi 16.1 with xperience1080 v5.1.54 on a rPI3 with LibreElec.

I have Keymap Editor installed and running. I can map my Samsung remote's Back button to Stop video playback.
However, this does not work for iOS Kodi Remote. It also appears as if it does not work with Keymap Editor.

How can I remap iOS Kodi Remote's Back button to Stop video instead of Back (with video playing in background)?

I'm really surprised that anyone would want the back button to put video playback in the background....

No, remote control app are json commands that sends actions not keymaps.
But I don't understand why you don't want to use the stop playback button
