Yes, xbmc just needs an internet connection the first time it grabs the info for the movies when scanning to library mode. Im pretty sure it keeps all the info in the database file for movies in userdata

haaaaa those were the days Hearing that screaching sound as your modem connects to the internet for blazing 3.4kb/s speeds!
but anyway the scan took about 2 hours! But wow do things look good now Apreciate the help as usual
