Hi all, i have two profiles. One for me and one for the kids. I want the kids not te be able to add an add-on. Is this possible? I guess that if its possible it should be done in the profile. But i couldnt find it.

I am open for suggestions)

I think you get what you want by locking the addon manager for the kids profile. It looks like by default now (17 RC2) , when you create a profile all addons are disabled so you have to select which ones to enable for the kids profile. Same thing with addon settings for the kids profile.

First log into the masterprofile, go to settings / profile settings set a master lock (if you haven't) then open the profile settings for the kids profile and set the lock preferences you want (in this case at least addon manager).

I try to create the master profile and a kid profile to stop them from downloading from redepository.zip adult content and still i was able to do it.
