Maybe i'm being blind but can't find any references to this, so not sure if its possible?

Are there any JSON requests available for Kodi to use HDMI-CEC (if its available) to turn TV on/off ?

dont ignore this, the rpc deserves naitive support of what, 3 CEC commands...
