Fullsreen playback pillarboxed?
#1
Running XBMCL i'm able to resize it manual to almost Fullscreen on Ubuntu when playing HD Video content only the Ubuntu taskbars are visible.

When i start XBMC in Fullscreen mone and play video i get a pillarboxed image. Changing the video settings to Widescreen / normal or cycling trough resolutions doesn't solve this. Is this pillarboxed effect normal behavior!?!

I have a C2D system with a NVidea 73xx card.

I get the same thing. Even widescreen video is pillarboxed making the whole image quite small in my large TV. If I zoom the image then the sides just get cut off behind the pillars.
